Technology

At The Dental Suite, Dr. Nick, Dr. Ashley, and our dedicated team harness the latest dental technology to ensure a safer, more comfortable, and efficient experience for every patient.

We use low-radiation digital X-rays for fast imaging, and intraoral cameras to give you a clear view of your oral health during consultations. For patients with sleep apnea or snoring issues, we offer custom-fit sleep appliances designed to open airways and promote restful sleep.

All these tools—and our commitment to staying at the forefront of dental innovation—are focused on elevating your care and maintaining your long-term well-being.

Your enjoyable dental experience depends on your comfort and safety. Dr. Nick and Dr. Ashley and their team utilize the latest technological advances in dental equipment and techniques to ensure your satisfaction with your visit and your continued excellent health.

SureSmile

SureSmile is a clear aligner system that uses advanced 3D digital imaging and software to create a customized treatment plan and a series of custom-fit, transparent trays. The aligners work by applying gentle pressure to gradually move teeth into the desired position, with treatment typically taking 12–18 months for mild to moderate issues. They are removable for eating and cleaning, offering a discreet and convenient alternative to traditional braces.

Digital Radiographs (X-rays)

Digital radiographs (X-rays) are a technological advancement that results in less exposure to radiation for our patients and an almost instantaneous picture for Dr. Nick and Dr. Ashley. You will appreciate a more comfortable visit, as well as quicker treatment.

Sleep Apnea/Snoring

If you or a loved one snores, you are likely aware that fitful sleep often accompanies that snoring. Severe snoring may also be a sign of a more serious problem like sleep apnea. Sleep apnea occurs when an individual stops breathing for an extended period of time during sleep. Snoring happens when the soft palate relaxes to the point of cutting off the airway. Snore appliances are designed to comfortably hold the airway open during sleep. There are a wide variety of snore appliances available to you. Let the team at The Dental Suite select the right one that fits your needs. Millions of people suffer from sleep apnea. In a patient with sleep apnea, the position of the structures of the mouth obstruct air flow during sleep, causing the patient to snore, and at times, to stop breathing for up to a minute or more at a time. The quality of sleep for both the patient and their partner suffers tremendously, and if left untreated, sleep apnea can be very dangerous. Dr. Nick and Dr. Ashley can help patients with sleep apnea overcome their condition. After a sleep study is completed, treatment may include the use of a customized mouthpiece, which comfortably repositions the structures of the mouth, allowing for clear breathing and uninterrupted sleep. If you suffer from snoring, ask a team member about sleep apnea treatment today!

Digital Doc Iris Intraoral Camera

An intraoral camera lets you see inside your mouth during both treatment planning and dental procedures. Our intraoral camera displays your teeth on a monitor, allowing Dr. Nick and Dr. Ashley to walk you through your proposed treatment. The use of this camera allows us to work with you as a team to meet your dental goals.

Picasso Laser

Our office embraces advanced solutions to enhance your dental experience. We use laser dentistry to provide a less invasive solution when needing periodontal treatments, like gum disease therapy and gingival recontouring (cosmetic). We use the pinpoint precision of the Picasso Lite soft tissue laser to target a specific treatment area, leaving healthy tissue untouched. You’ll enjoy less discomfort, fewer risks, and a quicker recovery process using laser dentistry.

Dentsply Sirona Axeos CBCT

Having Dentsply Sirona’s newest CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) scanner in our office allows us to capture highly detailed, 3D images of your teeth, jaw, and surrounding structures in just seconds, providing a far more comprehensive view than traditional X-rays. This advanced imaging technology helps us diagnose issues with greater accuracy, plan treatments such as implants or root canals with precision, and detect problems that might otherwise go unnoticed—often in a single visit. By having CBCT on-site, we can deliver faster answers, more predictable results, and a higher level of personalized care, all while minimizing the need for multiple appointments or outside referrals.

Dentsply Sirona PrimeScan

Having a PrimeScan digital scanner in our office means faster, more comfortable, and more precise dental care. Instead of messy, uncomfortable impressions, PrimeScan uses advanced imaging technology to create an incredibly accurate 3D model of your teeth in minutes. This allows us to design crowns, veneers, and other restorations with exceptional precision. The detailed scans also help us better diagnose and plan treatments, ensuring a perfect fit and natural look—while giving you a smoother, more enjoyable dental experience from start to finish.
